Starlight is proud to recognize our Caregiver of the Month, Betty Kyaligamba. Betty joined Starlight a year ago and has since made a meaningful and positive impact on our clients. She is gentle and patient, bringing a positive attitude and a warm, caring personality to her work.
Betty consistently demonstrates compassion and nurtures every client she serves with exceptional dedication. Her attention to detail and commitment to meeting each client’s needs are truly commendable. In addition, she is an excellent communicator, providing thorough documentation and timely reports on client care and concerns to the office.
