She has successfully supported clients with a wide range of medical conditions, often going above and beyond to meet their needs and make a meaningful difference in their lives. Micaela has also played an important role in helping clients transition safely from the hospital back to their homes, supporting their recovery and return to daily routines. She communicates proactively with the office, provides timely updates on client care and activities, carefully follows care plans, and is always willing to cover both short- and long-day shifts when needed.
