Starting Home Care
We provide free in-home assessment interviews which provides us with a clear understanding of the client’s current personal situation, home, lifestyle and personality. We then develop a detailed care plan and match caregivers to the client’s specific needs.
Once care has begun, we provide a web-based portal where family can access the daily service records from the caregivers detailing routine and special circumstances that might arise. This portal is also accessible by doctors (with the client’s authorization). This portal helps doctors and family look for any unusual conditions and act quickly.
