She consistently communicates with the office regarding any client concerns and maintains detailed, efficient shift notes and care logs. Despite commuting from afar and managing a full-time work schedule, Maria remains punctual and dedicated. Her clients deeply appreciate her gentle, compassionate care and excellent communication.
