Amy consistently goes the extra mile to meet her clients’ care needs and make a meaningful difference in their lives. She recently took on the challenge of supporting a client’s transition from a hospital stay back to the safety and comfort of home, helping them regain mobility and return to enjoyable walks and outings. Amy maintains active communication with the office staff, thoughtfully sharing photos and updates from activities and outings, and she diligently follows all care instructions to ensure the best possible outcomes for her clients.
